Susanne offers a variety of classes that take place at Tansley United Church (in the Loft), 2111 Walkers Line, Burlington, ON, Canada. All classes are beginning to intermediate level with variations given for those with restrictions. Proper alignment and body awareness are emphasized in each class. You can join anytime.
Class Schedule (Winter Class Schedule begins January 6th *)
Monday 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.

12 week session - $16/per class x 12 = $192.00 + HST (24.96) = $216.96

Seniors Balance, Stretch and Strengthen
These classes focus on posture, alignment, strength and flexibility to prevent aging in the body. A portion of the class is done on a chair and the remainder standing. No need to get down on the floor!

Do you have leakage when you cough or sneeze? Do you have prolapse? UTI's? Irritable Bowel? Our dynamic seminars combine yoga principals, gentle exercise, and Pfilates to help you release tension and strengthen the pelvic floor which will allow the organs of the urinary system and uterus to have a strong basin to hold them. These exercises will improve your bladder function, tone your core, prevent surgery and maintain the lift after surgery. We teach much more than Kegels with lifestyle suggestions and nutritional advice.
